This enclosure is perfect for our ball python! Very easy to put together and it is great at keeping up a good humidity. Love how the door opens
I have been wanting to upgrade my 15 year old leopard gecko to a front opening pvc enclosure for a while. I purchased this 40 gal from Maximum Reptile and it’s incredible! It is excellent at maintaining a higher ambient temperature! I use two led plant lights and a 2’ T5 UVB and that is enough to create a top down temperature gradient of 97° on the top slate rock down to 82° in the underground hide! It’s also exceptional at maintaining humidity, which in my case, was an oversight. I should have purchased the version with the screen top. Luckily, pvc is easy to modify! You can cut, or melt out, sections of the side and/or top to add screen sections and usb computer fans to create air flow and exhaust (which I will be doing!) This is my second, but not last, enclosure from Custom Reptile Habitats!
